Because our floral arrangements are handcrafted and delicate, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate compensation.
Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun.
